- Immigration cards and customs declaration forms, posted within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
- Completed visa application forms, electronic visas such as ETAS / ESTA are emailed to the customer within 24 business hours after order confirmation.
＜Bank and postal transfer＞
- Sent within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
＜Postal cash on delivery (COD)＞
- Sent within 2-3 business days after order confirmation.
Note：Delivery days vary depending on the shipping address.

Product delivery method:
In principle, the card products will be sent by mail (Japan Post) to the address specified when ordering.
In addition, electronic data products will be sent by email to your registered email address.
Card products can also be delivered by express delivery at an additional cost, but please contact Help@Visa-Pal.com first.
At this time, we only handle orders in Japan.

Data mis-entry:
In case of mis-data entry on the documents, the user is to notify us within 3-days of the mis-data entry by email. In normal cases, within 48hrs the corrected document will be resent.

Products are created based on customer data input. The user is responsible for all data input, especially data of the user’s passport.

【Product price and payment method】
＜Pricing＞
The price range of the product is 200 yen to 10,000 yen. For the latest products and prices, please see the website screen "Payment / Payment method".

All prices include shipping and sales tax.

However, bank or post office transfer fee and cash on delivery fee for postal COD are not included. For more information about payment, please see the "Payment method" below.

＜Payment Method＞
We use the EC payment service provided by Yamato Financial Co., Ltd., so you can shop with confidence.

There are four ways to pay:

Available credit cards are VISA and MASTER, single payment only.

2.Bank Transfer
Please transfer the full price to the following account. At time of transfer, a fee will be charged separately by your bank.
